Eating better, feeling better

These past 3 weeks have been so amazing for me, and I have to give credit where credit is due.

Plants.

I have started eating a plant-based diet. No meat at all, no poultry, no dairy. I’ve eaten only sardines in terms of fish, plus one serving of salmon.

And I feel fantastic! If I had known that such a simple change could make me feel so much better, physically and mentally, I would have done it years ago. I had no idea!

Some of my friends aren’t sure about this, and I think my family is wary, too. All I can say is, try it for a week and see how you feel. I had no problems switching cold turkey, no pun intended.

Life is good right now. I’ll write more again soon.
